Feedback addressed to the board is recorded in a feedback system. The system is accessible to the guild’s board members and officials. All feedback will be discussed at a board meeting, typically once a week during the academic terms. You can submit feedback completely anonymously or under your own name and request a response if you wish. Depending on the topic, you may receive a personal response, or the feedback may be addressed in the guild’s newsletter, for example. The board feedback register is cleared annually when the new board is chosen.
Equality feedback
You can submit equality feedback related to TiTe’s activities using the form above. This feedback is sent directly to the guild’s Head of Equality or another board member responsible for equality. Other board members cannot access equality feedback. Equality feedback is discussed at board meetings without identifying the individuals involved, and no further action is taken without the consent of those concerned. Sensitive matters concerning individual members are discussed in a closed session attended only by the actual board members.
