Decided to:

• Hold the statutory election assembly on 7.11. at 17:00 in classroom TB103.

• Approve the election assembly agenda.

• Approve the 2025 action plan to be presented at the election assembly .

• Approve the Investment Committee's investment management plan to be presented at the election assembly.

• Approve the normal operations document for 2025 to be presented at the election assembly.

• Approve the 2025 budget to be presented at the election assembly.

• Approve the 2025 members of the Finance Committee to be presented at the election assembly.

• Approve the amended proposal of the representatives of the Teekkari Council to be presented at the election assembly.

• Present the candidates for the 2025 auditors at the election assembly.

• Present the candidates for the 2025 financial auditors at the election assembly.

• Approve the updated guild rules to be presented at the election assembly.

• Present the membership fee amount at the election assembly.

• Present the supporting membership fee amount at the election assembly.
