Herwantapeli rental rules
The contact person is responsible for communication about the reservation and may be different from the person making it.
Pickup and return take place only at TiTe's guild room.
The reservation starts at 13:00 on the reservation day and ends at 12:00 the following day. The game must be collected and returned at these times. Exceptions must be agreed with the hosts at least two days before the reservation day.
The €10 rental fee and €20 deposit are paid at pickup. The deposit is returned when the game is returned on time.
Pickup cannot be guaranteed if you cannot arrive at the agreed time. The deposit is not returned if the game is returned late.
If the returned game is damaged, the deposit is used for repairs. Repair costs exceeding the deposit are charged to the renter.
