Are you interested in developing TiTe’s operations? Do you have a burning desire to get involved in student organization activities? The year is drawing to a close, and it's time to start looking ahead to next year! TiTe's board application for the year 2025 starts today, October 9th, and runs until October 23rd! This application round is open for the position of chairperson as well as the board of directors!

You can apply to the board using an online form (link at the end of this message), and filling it out doesn’t commit you to anything. After the application period ends, the chairperson candidates will interview all board applicants together in accordance with the guild’s board selection rules:

TiTe's board consists, according to the guild’s rules, of a chairperson, 5–10 other board members, and officials. You can read more about the different roles on TiTeWiki:

The members of the guild will ultimately elect the new board at TiTe's election meeting in November. The official application will open only after the new board has been elected, but if you want to discuss the official roles with the chairperson candidates in advance, you can already fill out the form now!

Are you hesitant about applying to the board? What exactly do these roles involve? What else can you do in TiTe? The 2024 board will organize an information session about organizational activities on 17.10 at Kampusareena auditorium, where in addition to board activities, tutoring and committees will also be presented! Additionally, if you are interested in the daily life of the board, members are welcome to attend the open board meeting next week, which will be held on 16.10. at 16:00 in Kampusareena auditorium also!

Alongside the board application, TiTe is also seeking representatives for the Teekkari Council for 2025, where TiTe has three regular and three deputy representatives. The Teekkari Council influences Tampereen Teekkarit ry, an association that develops the Teekkari culture in Tampere and consists of the guilds of the Hervanta campuses.
